Application Form (Short Courses in Peace and Conflict Studies)
 

Application forms are obtainable from the University Cashier's Office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of K150, 000.00. Applicants using postal or telegraphic money orders should include K3, 000.00 for postage to the University Cashier's Office, Copperbelt University. Telegraphic money orders should bear the applicant's full names and address.

Cash can also be desposited in the Bank Account given below and proof of payment must be shown on submission or collection of the application form:

• Include photostat of the deposit slip or anyother document showin proof of payment.
• Processing of the forms will only be upon proof of having paid.

If applicant is unable to present oneself in person, he or she should send filled-in forms with K150, 000 postal or money order or attach a deposit receipt to:
