Human Resources Management and Administration

I am a Human Resources Practitioner and a member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resources Management. My experience has been in all aspects of Human Resources Management and Administration with both the private and public sector for more than 10 years. I delight in dealing with people and have come to appreciate the complexity of human beings particularly in the work environment. I have a profound interest in the interpretation of human behaviour and the use of principles of problem identification and solving in the field of Human Resources Management to correct deviant behaviour. My other interest lies in human resources planning and in the formulation of HR policies and procedures.
