Registration for the Conference [Registration Form (PDF)]
The Organising Committee has tried to keep the Conference fees affordable for EEASA members. Registration for the Conference includes one year membership subscription to EEASA and the Conference Package. The conference package shall include a conference bag with stationery and information, lunches, two teas, welcome cocktail party on the Monday, EEASA birthday dinner on the Thursday, and social events and one Excursion.
The University shall provide limited hostel type accommodation and bedding on a firstcome-first-served basis. For these staying in hostel accommodation, registration includes dinners (from Sunday) and breakfast (Monday-Friday).

Early bird registration rate
Fee is $250 with hostel-type accommodation/$175 with own accommodation by 31 March 2010.
On time registration rate
Fee is $275 with hostel-type accommodation/$200 with own accommodation by 30 June 2010.
Late registration rate
Fee is $300 with hostel-type accommodation/$225 with own accommodation by 20 August 2010.
Registration rate at the Conference
Fee is $325 with hostel-type accommodation/$250 with own accommodation by 20 August 2010.
Special on-time rate for local participants
Local participants may pay the special Kwacha rate applicable up to 30th June 2010. Fee is ZMK1,175,000 with hostel-type accommodation/ZMK800,000 with own accommodation by 30 June 2010.
Exhibit stands
Individuals and organisations shall have opportunities to mount exhibit stands for the duration of the Conference. Display space and stands are available on a first-come-first payer basis at the rate of $250/stand.
