Retrieve Details

When you have forgotten the password, you can reset it by retrieving details which will be posted to your email box.

To retrieve details enter the Student Number and click on Retrieve Details button. If the system managed to send an email, you will informed that the mail has been sent to your mail box.

To fully reset your password, you need to open your mailbox and follow the instructions provide in it.
